We use this information to authenticate your account, run image generation, deliver renders and design reports, respond to support requests, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

When you upload a room photo or submit a generation request, we process that content through our AI workflow to create outputs for you.

We do not use your uploaded room photos for public model training. If you choose to make a render public, it may appear in public parts of the product. If you keep a render private, we will treat it as non-public within the product experience.

Roomagic uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic and product usage. This may involve cookies or similar technologies.

We keep account data, uploaded content, and generated outputs only for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service and deliver your results. Some processing files may be deleted after a short period when they are no longer needed.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when needed to run the service, comply with law, or protect the rights, safety, and security of Roomagic and its users.
