By using Roomagic, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must use the service lawfully and keep your account information secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Roomagic provides AI room redesign tools. You may only upload content that you have the right to use, process, and share.

You may not use Roomagic to upload, request, generate, or share content that:

• is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringing;
• depicts or promotes nudity, pornography, NSFW material, sexually explicit content, or any sexualized content involving real people, minors, or non-consenting subjects;
• attempts to transform room photos, user uploads, or generated outputs into sexually explicit or fetish content;
• contains malware, attempts unauthorized access, or interferes with the service; or
• violates the rights, privacy, or safety of others.

We may remove content, suspend generation access, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain responsibility for the prompts, photos, and other content you submit. By using the service, you allow Roomagic to host, process, store, and display that content as needed to operate the service.

If you choose to publish a render publicly within the product, you also permit us to display that render in public areas of the service until you remove it or the content is otherwise taken down.

Some features require a paid subscription or credits. Pricing, plan details, and billing terms shown on the pricing page or at checkout apply to your purchase.

AI-generated outputs may be imperfect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. Roomagic does not guarantee that generated images or design reports will be accurate, available, or fit for construction, safety, legal, or procurement decisions.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform or others, or if continued access is not commercially or legally feasible.

Roomagic is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roomagic disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roomagic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
