## Key Decisions
- **Unified dark trim**: Painting railings, door, and garage door in the same charcoal family creates intentional contrast against the tan siding and makes the house feel larger and more custom-built.
- **Garage door tone-down**: Shifting from orange-leaning faux wood to a muted taupe-brown integrates the garage visually rather than letting it dominate the façade.
- **Restrained shutter placement**: Black shutters above the garage only balance the window weight without overwhelming the clean second-story lines.
