This refresh layers warm, muted tones over the existing cool foundation to create a balanced, livable space. The deeper teal vanity anchors the room while soft greige walls and vintage-style brass lighting add warmth without competing with the blue-green tile.
## Key Decisions
- **Paint coordination**: Warm greige walls (Sherwin-Williams Accessible Beige or similar) bridge the cool floor tile and warm wood tones that may appear elsewhere in the home, preventing the gray-on-gray flatness common in renovated baths.
- **Vanity color shift**: The smoky teal cabinet (Benjamin Moore Newburg Green or comparable) picks up the existing tub surround tile while adding depth and sophistication compared to a standard white or gray vanity.
- **Layered lighting**: The brass 4-light fixture adds 2700K warmth at face level for grooming, complementing rather than replacing the existing overhead cans—critical in a room with limited natural light due to the glass block window.
- **Restrained accessories**: Open towel storage and minimal countertop styling keep the spacious layout feeling uncluttered and maintain the room's clean sightlines.
