The central challenge is a narrow, transitional Living Room with dominant vertical architecture that risks feeling hollow or underused. The design intent creates a compact, purposeful activity zone against the left wall, drawing the eye horizontally to balance the soaring barrel vault and arched entry. A midcentury walnut console with integrated seating establishes immediate function—seating, surface, and storage in 36 inches—while a single botanical artwork and ceramic lamp keep the composition legible at a glance. The vintage-wash runner and sheer drapery add tonal layering without visual weight, respecting the room's existing plaster and stone context. Every element ships flat or arrives assembled; no wall penetration or fixed installation required.

Implementation Note
